CI
CI
has dual meaning, plus … Continuous Improvement,
Conscientious Investment, etc.
In our world of Lean Manufacturing today we have many
common acronyms and symbols. I would like to expand one
to have dual meaning, and more.
When systems and operations are evaluated for LEAN,
every possible source of waste is identified. Creatively
eliminating those waste generates LEAN results. Small
incremental improvements can be achieved every day
through the team concept of continuous improvement. This
CI has the slogin "creativity before capital".
When the "creativity" that comes before "capital" is
exhausted, it is time to "creatively innovating"
(another CI). This creative innovation is best served
through conscientious investment. Methodically and
expeditiously analyze your options with intense
curiosity. Review the cost-benefit of your proposal. Get
the affected team involved with collective intelligence.
Don't be afraid to challenge intuitively, but don't
linger either. Use the AGENDA process to quickly move
from idea to cost-effective result and start to reap the
benefit of clever medium-tech to high-tech affordable
solutions with the help of ALM LLC… contact George
Angelo @ 591-2911.
+ Community Integration - Give and receive help outside of your circle of influence
+ Christ-like Integrity - You don't have to be religious
to exhibit high moral values and concern for others
